This study investigates the effect and the mean of the Support Book. Participants of this group interview were 6 mothers who have children with Autism. The group session was recorded and the data were transcribed. The transcripts were evaluated and summarized in order to identify major categories and number of descriptive statements each category. The results were as follows. First, it could facilitate good understanding the children for the Supporters. Secondary, it could make their open minded attitude for the children. Thirdly, for the mothers, it was chance for retrospect the bringing up their children. It was a very useful for understanding the grown up their children. Fourthly, for the supporters, the making process of it was helpful to comprehend about the life style of the children with Autism and their family.
