| 内容記述 | ホテルの実績を客観的にとらえ、それに対する考察からホテル事業の可能性や将来性を導き出すことは、ホテルオペレーター、ホテルオーナー、出資者など、全てのステークホルダーが良好な関係を構築する基本となる。短期的な収支のみならず、中長期的な観点においても安定した事業性を確保するため、まず、ホテルの業績を多角的に評価し、根本的な原因を明らかにするために必要な項目を明確化する。そして、その結果に基づき、事業性向上に寄与する対応方針を見出す視座として、施設毎に主要項目の相関関係を模索することが提言される。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Taking an objective view of a hotel's performance and deriving the potential and future prospects of the hotel business according to the results is the basis for building a good relationship among all stakeholders, including the hotel operator, hotel owner, and investors. In order to ensure stable business potential not only in terms of short-term income and expenditures, but also mid to long-term outcomes, the hotel's performance should first be evaluated from multiple perspectives to clarify the items necessary to identify the root causes of any problems. Based on those results, recommendations for improving the business potential can be made for each facility. | |||||||||||
